Measure yourself
Measurements are provided by suppliers.
This hoodie runs small. For the perfect fit, we recommend ordering one size larger than your usual size.
A LengthPlace the end of a measuring tape beside the collar at the top of the garment (high point shoulder). Pull the tape to the bottom of the item.
B Chest
Measure yourself around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the measuring tape horizontal.

You will be charged at the time of checkout. When an order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation outlining the charges. If you do not receive a confirmation email but were charged, please contact us so that we can follow up on this for you.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Just click the number to follow your package on the tracking page and see the latest updates.

We ship products to most countries, but there are a few exceptions due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

We will email you the tracking number for your package once it leaves the manufacturing facility.

BTA Clan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping packages to secure locations with someone available to receive the package.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" or shows a final scan, we are unable to file lost in transit claims or offer refunds.
If you have not seen an update to your tracking after 15 (Domestic) or 30 (International) consecutive days, please contact us at support@thebtaclan.com.

Due to high volume of packages for all carriers there is no guarantee by carriers for delivery by or on a particular day. The below guidance takes into account the cutoffs provided by our carriers to have a high likelihood to be delivered before Christmas. However, these are all just estimates and peak shipping can lead to unexpected delays.
To be fulfilled within this timeline, orders must be placed before 10:00 am pst on the dates listed below:

If you have received a damaged/defective or incorrect item, reach out to us at support@thebtaclan.com with the damage/defect or the incorrect item, as well as your order number. Please note: You must notify us within 14 days of receipt.
